  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if available). Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
